New Thursday night Zumba Class - 5:30 PM

Special Introductory Rate - $20 for 4 Class Session

Zumba - Tuesdays 6:30 - 7:30 PM (ages 13 - ADULT)

Location:  J. Paul Ford Recreation Center, 37 E Woodrow Ave, Belmont, NC 28012

Cost:  $20 per session

Description:  Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked.   Zumba Fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

Saturday Morning Yoga

Yoga - Saturdays9:00 - 10:00 AM (ages 13 - ADULT)

Location:  J. Paul Ford Recreation Center, 37 E Woodrow Ave, Belmont, NC 28012

Cost:  $10 per class

Description:  Yoga is a science that has been practiced for thousands of years. It is consists of Ancient Theories, observations and principles about the mind and body connection which is now being proven by modern medicine. Substantial research has been conducted to look at the Health Benefits of Yoga - from the Yoga Postures (Asanas), Yoga Breathing (Pranayama), and Meditation. The information on Yoga Poses & Benefits are grouped into three categories-physiological, psychological, biochemical effects.

This is an on-going class that meets every Saturday morning year round - drop in anytime!

Boot Camps

Boot Camps - Mon & Wed 7 PM (ages 13 - ADULT)

Location:  Stowe Park in Historic Downtown Belmont

Cost:  $10 per Boot Camp or multi-session discount:  10 classes for $50

Description:  Boot camp programs burn fat with aerobic exercise while building lean muscle mass through calisthenics. Using your own body weight as resistance, this back-to-basics fitness regimen can be done anywhere and requires virtually no equipment!  Boot camp training is for ALL FITNESS LEVELS!

Dates:  RETURNING SPRING 2010

Boot Camps will be held weekly as weather permits.  Clients either pay by the class or have a 10 class pass, so there are no make-ups due to weather, we just continue with the next available day.  This is an on-going class that meets year round (weather permitting) - drop in anytime!
